The all-Russia social movement "All-Russia Movement of Taxpayers" is a mass, non-governmental, voluntary and self-directed association of natural and legal persons-public associations created in the form of a social movement with the purpose to attain its authorized purposes.

The Movement caries out its activities in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the applicable laws of the Russian Federation, the universally acknowledged principles and standards of the international law, the international treaties of the Russian Federation and the Statute of the Movement.

All activities of the Movement are based on principles of voluntarism, legal equality, self-management, legitimacy, publicity and democracy.

Participation in the Movement is incompatible with popularisation of violence, social, racial, national or religious dissension and appeals to violent transformation of the constitutional system and the territorial integrity of the Russian Federation.

In order to carry out its popularisation and publishing activities, "All-Russia Movement of Taxpayers" has been publishing since 2003 a mass medium called "Rabochaya gazeta – Vserossiyskaya gazeta trudyshchikhsya" (You will find more details in the "Mass Medium" section.)

The Movement acquired the status of the body corporate upon its public registration. The Certificate of registration of public association No 4055 dd. 26^th June 2001.
